A graphic designer for over 15 years, I have a deep love for tasteful details and tactile experiences. I work with global brands and private patrons to marry the art of calligraphy with their contemporary needs. My work spans a myriad of methods and media; from live lettering at press events, to personalizing products for Prada, to writing scrolls for Game of Thrones marketing. With each project I strive to make an enchanting piece of communication.
Proudly from Hong Kong, I’ve danced and dabbled my way over three continents before setting up my creative studio in Manhattan, where you’ll find me always seeking new ways to learn, deepen my craft and expand my repertoire. I also serve on the Board of Governors of the New York calligraphy guild Society of Scribes.
I’m enamored with letterforms, the history and evolution of our alphabet, and examining centuries old manuscripts. Beyond letters you’ll find me seeking inspiration through travel, art, and the transcendent wisdom of Kermit the Frog.
